Kevin and his organization are one of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. Chris, my project foreman was exceptional and his crew was very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. Blue star has proven themselves to be not only great at their craft but also good people who understand their clients happiness is top priority. I had the privilege to to work with Brian, Kevin, Chris, and their crew. The crew that came out to remove and replace my deck were fast and professional. Once the job was completed I had some concerns with the railing chosen as there was some unexpected rattling. The team at Blue Star reached out to the manufacture to identify if they had some type of suggestion on how to fix this issue. In return the manufacture said that is what you get with this specific product. Blue Star was not satisfied with that response and figured out their own solution. I now have a beautiful deck with no rattling, and a great company that I would (and already have) recommend to anyone looking to repair, replace, or build a deck.
